Ian Rivers Counsellor
Sometimes you feel the need to pretend to your family and friends that:

  • You can cope when you are really feeling overwhelmed.
  • You’re brave when really you’re scared.
  • You’re happy when really you’re sad.

My aim is that when you receive counselling in Eastleigh with me, you will feel you can be the way you feel inside. You may act in a negative way and not understand why. You might regret the way that you acted. My Counselling can help you see these things clearly and help you change.

I believe the therapy space I offer will lead you to a better understanding of yourself, finding the old “you”. Counselling can lead you to being happy and liking yourself again. It could be personal or work problems that are upsetting you. I have wide experience in providing therapy for depression. Also self-esteem and anxiety issues.
